Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people in the accounting industry. His foresight led to the development of the largest web-based application in the accounting industry, supporting more than 100,000 accountants in the United States. Similar technology is now being applied to develop RealPage’s on-demand systems for the multifamily industry.Steve is a member of the board of directors of the National Multi Housing Council and a member of the Real Estate Council. During Tim’s five plus years at F.Y.I. Incorporated, the company successfully completed its IPO and grew revenues and net income in excess of 60 percent annually. The company’s market capitalization grew from approximately $50 million at IPO to approximately $850 million five years later. Tim’s prior experience also includes senior positions with Arthur Andersen LLP and Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation.
