RealPage Acquires WebRoomz^TM Student Living Software

CARROLLTON, Texas / ATLANTA, Georgia (February 6, 2008) - RealPage, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand software and services to the multifamily industry, today announced its acquisition of WebRoomz™, an on-demand leasing system for students and military personnel.

According to Tom Ratchford, president of WebRoomz, “we’ve invested five years and more than $10 million to build a system that helps attract students to our clients’ properties, match them with compatible roommates and automate the entire leasing and move-in process. We help make the turn a snap because most of the heavy lifting has been completed long before move-in day arrives.
