President, Ross Business Development
Mary Ross is president of Ross Business Development, Inc. For more than 16 years, Mary has helped senior executives throughout the industry work successfully to meet changing industry and regulatory requirements. A nationally recognized expert in property management training and consulting services, she provides clients with high-level consultation and advice on how to succeed in compliance (HUD/Tax Credits) and conventional markets. Prior to founding Ross Business Development, Mary was vice president of implementation and training for RealPage, Inc.

JANEL GANIM, COS
Director, Product Development, Affordable Housing, RealPage, Inc.
Janel Ganim has ten years of experience in software development for the affordable housing industry. In her role as director, she is responsible for product design and development for both the OneSite and Legacy affordable product lines. Additionally, Janel maintains relationships with HUD, Tax Credit and Rural Housing industry partners to ensure that our products meet the needs and requirements of the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining RealPage in 1998, Janel provided software support and training for two property management companies. She is a member of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing and serves on the Affiliates, TRACS/Contract Administration and Rural Housing committees for the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Janel is a certified occupancy specialist.
BRIAN SODARO
Business Analyst, Affordable Housing, RealPage, Inc.
Brian Sodaro is Business Analyst for the Affordable Housing group responsible for working with users, developers and government agencies to communicate compliance changes for our programs, in addition to his responsibilities for adding features and enhancements requested by customers. He has been with RealPage for over 7 years, first working as a Product Support technician for Affordable customers for a number of years, and then as Product Support Supervisor over that group. Brian uses his extensive Affordable industry experience when working with Affordable users on a regular basis and when providing Affordable customer training, as he has done as part of the TRACS 2.0.2.B road show seminars and RealPage User Conferences.
