All software users: Be aware that RealPage does not support Windows® Me or Windows® 98 as an operating system environment. Also, keep in mind that all RealPage DOS software products require 100% DOS-compatible modems and printers.

Compliance users: Be aware that due to communications requirements of HUD's TRACSMail service, a dial-up modem is required and may suffer from conflicts in the presence of additional high-speed internet connections.
