Installation instructions:
The download files needed to install the Mobile Service Requests application on your hand held device depend on the operating system used on the device. After determining the correct operating system for your hand held device, follow these steps to install the latest version of the Mobile Service Requests application:
- Select your operating system by clicking on one of the four tabs above
- For Windows Mobile 5, Pocket PC 2003, or Pocket PC 2002 users: After selecting one of the tabs, specify if you are a current Mobile Service Requests user or a new Mobile Service Requests user.
- For Windows Mobile 6, select the Mobile 6 tab
- Follow the installation instructions
- After the installation is complete, you will need to perform a full setup the first time the application is run.
